Seminars & Conferences

SAIM has conducted and plans to conduct seminars and conferences related to important issues of management and economy. SAIM and Management Association of Nepal (MAN) jointly organized a half-day interactive seminar titled "Transformation Management: Transformational Change in Large Social System-Nepal” in November 2007. Prof. Fred Massarik, Professor Emeritus of UCLA Anderson School of Management, USA was the main resource person leading the seminar. SAIM also organized an International Conference on Measuring Informal Economy in Developing Countries jointly with the International Association for Research in Income and Wealth/Canada in September 2009 in Kathmandu. About 65 participants from different countries including Nepal participated in the conference.
