Lecture Series

With a view to deliberate on the current business and management problems of Nepal and the region, SAIM has initiated "SAIM Lecture Series", a guest speaker series in which leaders and experts are invited to deliver a lecture to the students, faculty and special invitees on issues in management, business and economics. Mr. Ken Ohashi, Country Director of World Bank, Kathmandu, delivered the very first lecture of the Lecture Series on Corporate Governance in Nepal in May, 2007. This was followed by lectures on “Capital Account Convertibility” and "Inequality and the Imperative for Inclusive Growth in South Asia". Besides the lecture series, guest speakers are frequently invited to share their experience and thoughts with the students.
