Experience: Prof. KC has about 40 years of experience inmanagement education. Before joining SAIM, he served as dean of Kathmandu University School of Management for about eleven years and at Tribhuvan University's Management Department for about 23 years. He was also a visiting professor at the Management School of the University of Lancaster. He is actively involved in consulting and research activities. Dr. KC has also served as a member of "Committee for Developing Performance Indicators to improve productivity and efficiency of PEs", Ministry of Finance and member of ESP-Programme Advisory Group,(DFID), Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.  He has also served as chairman of Agricultural Development Bank/Nepal.
